✦ Beyond wellfd

wellfd exists to surface founder-owned, locally rooted restaurants before the world catches up with them. But occasionally, the world already has. These are concepts that exceed our ownership or scale criteria — expanded, structured, or grown beyond what we measure — but built with the same intention wellfd was created to celebrate.

We didn't include them. We couldn't. But we're not pretending they don't exist. If you eat here, you'll understand why it was a hard call.
