Family owned and operated by Kim Snider on the west side of Hamilton, Wings on Brookwood has built a following that extends well beyond Butler County. The wings come bone-in or boneless with six house-made sauces and a heat scale that runs from mild to atomic — the atomic crazy garlic BBQ has its own cult following. The house blue cheese gets called out as often as the wings themselves, which is saying something. Cajun curly fries are a must. Small place, limited parking, and it fills up fast — come early or call ahead. Carryout, delivery, and catering available.
