Wiltshire Pantry Bakery & Café

Owner Susan Hershberg launched Wiltshire as a catering company in 1989 and spent 35 years building it into a culinary powerhouse. The Highlands location is the flagship café — a warm, airy bakery turning out artisan breads, flaky croissants, morning buns, cinnamon rolls, and pastries reviewers compare to Parisian boulangeries. Breakfast and lunch menus feature creative, locally sourced dishes: frittatas, gourmet sandwiches, seasonal salads with hot shrimp, and take-home meals. Downtown location opened 2021, serving similar menu with pre-theater prix fixe dinners. Newest outpost inside MashUp Food Hall specializes in pastries, chocolate confections, and lunch. Hershberg recently partnered with Erika Chavez-Graziano to launch an artisanal chocolate line.
