Founded 2025 by Yavonne Sarber (EPIC Brands). Sarber started in Columbus with a coffee shop, then opened Agave & Rye in Covington February 2018 with just $1,200. Whiskey Yard is a modern global bistro and whiskey bar featuring 200+ curated whiskeys and bourbons paired with globally inspired, chef-driven cuisine. Executive Chef Roberto Castaneda and Chef de Cuisine Jonathan Sauer both bring Michelin-star experience. Menu built for sharing—soulful plates with international influences. Award-caliber back bar. Live music program. Hospitality-first philosophy: "open arms, sharp standards, just enough swagger to keep things fun." Sarber describes it as "a love letter to global flavors and American whiskey."
