Dayton's largest craft brewery, founded in 2014 by Nick Bowman (Centerville native, former Anheuser-Busch sales/marketing) and brewmaster John Haggerty (decade at New Holland Brewing in Michigan, 25+ years brewing experience, trained in Germany). The name pays homage to the Wright Brothers' wing-warping technology that enabled controlled flight. The downtown taproom occupies the 1938 Buckeye Brass & Iron Foundry—the original 10-ton industrial crane still arches overhead. Beer names celebrate Dayton history: Ermal's Belgian Cream Ale (honoring pull-tab can inventor Ermal Fraze), Trotwood Lager (Trotwood Trailers), 10 Ton Oatmeal Stout. Products distributed across central and southwestern Ohio.
