Opened September 4, 2024 in the former Fratelli's building in the heart of downtown. Owner Jonny Fuentes saw the opportunity after visiting downtown Springfield and struggling to find anywhere open on a Monday—so they made sure to be open Mondays. Family and minority owned, same ownership group as the Troy original. Contemporary interior showcasing iconic Mexican figures and local artists' work on the walls. Try the Axolotl Burrito—marinated pork, pineapple, fire sauce, pinto beans, pico de gallo, grilled onion, topped with queso. Ramen birria and crazy fries for the adventurous.
