The Spinning Forchetta Italian Eatery

Founded 1981 as The Spinning Fork in Fairfield by George Shteiwi and his late brother Rakan. Relocated to Liberty Township (2019) inside Hamilton Elks Lodge No. 93, rebranding as The Spinning Forchetta. George now operates with sister Laila Alghanim. Nearly 40 years serving Butler County. Signature dishes unchanged: Fettuccine Alfredo, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Chicken Parmigiana, and Mama Nella's Lasagna (named for Nella Leriche who worked there 35 years before passing in 2015). All dressings, sauces, meatballs, and pasta made in-house. Banquet center seats 200+ for private events. True family operation with classic recipes preserved for decades.
