Tano Bistro - Hamilton

Chef Gaetano "Tano" Williams has been working in kitchens for over 40 years, and this Hamilton outpost—his 40th restaurant opening—brings upscale casual dining to the riverfront. Opened August 2019 by Tano and his wife Gina, the contemporary space overlooks Marcum Park and reflects Hamilton's downtown revival. The seasonally changing menu emphasizes local sourcing and sustainability, with standouts like stuffed salmon, pan-seared striped bass with beurre rouge, and crispy polenta cakes.
