Founded 2022 in Florence, KY by Emad Awad. Awad came to the United States from Jordan about 10 years ago to get his MBA at Anderson University in Indiana. After working in the clothing business, he couldn't find authentic chicken shawarma in Cincinnati, so he made it himself. Cousins in California who own restaurants helped guide him. Liberty Township location opened early 2025 after customers drove from West Chester to Florence for the shawarma. "Mediterranean fast" concept with focus on freshness—chicken marinated 24 hours before serving. Signature dishes: chicken shawarma (layered on vertical rotisserie, slow-roasted, shaved for wraps/salads/fries), chicken rice bowl, falafel wraps. Collaborates with Café Zara for Dubai Chocolate dessert. Open kitchen concept, halal certified. 2 locations total.
