Co-founded in 2014 by Kristen Bailey and Anton Gaffney, this certified woman-owned business started as a weekend tent setup in the Mt. Washington Creamy Whip parking lot. "Kristen does the booking and Anton does the cooking"—with Anton learning to smoke from his grandfather in Sylacauga, Alabama using steel drum smokers. Grew from food truck to full-service caterer, opening their first dine-in restaurant at Cincinnati Children's in September 2024—a location meaningful to the team, across from Ronald McDonald House. Award-winning smoked meats, homemade sides, and scratch desserts from family recipes. Featured in GoDaddy national ad campaign (2024) and Google Super Bowl halftime commercial (2025). Named Ohio SBA Business Person of the Year and Taste of Cincinnati award winners.
