From-scratch cooking in a building that started as a butcher shop in 1948. Owner Brian Rainey bought it in 2004 and increased organic sourcing 500 percent, now working with 18 local farms. Everything made in-house: breads, veggie burgers, gyros, jams, hot sauce, dressings, soups—down to the pickles.

Famous for The Vick Burger, a chef's-choice creation named after local DJ Vick Mickunas. Breakfast served all day alongside lunch and dinner menus.
