The original. Mort Keller opened this Paddock Hills diner in 1941, serving secret-recipe Wispy Thin Pancakes that launched an 80+ year Cincinnati institution. The breakfast and lunch menu has barely changed—huge fluffy omelets, creative sandwiches with names like "Cuddlin' Puppy" and "Slaughterhouse Five," and those famous wispy thins in original, blueberry, chocolate chip, or banana. Neal and Adam Mayerson are the 6th owners, having acquired it in 2019. The tradition of handing out rubber duckies to every customer started here. Expect weekend waits—but regulars know it's worth it for the pastel-deco vibe and family-friendly atmosphere.
