Sugar n' Spice's second location, opened July 2020 inside a restored piece of Cincinnati history. In 1984, diner-loving developer Phillip Adelman moved an old-school diner car to this Sycamore Street spot, fulfilling a childhood dream of creating "a friendly place where you felt comfortable and relaxed." After nearly 25 years as Joe's Diner, the building sat abandoned until the Mayersons restored and renovated it, preserving the vintage diner car that makes this location bright and unique. Same secret-recipe Wispy Thin Pancakes, same rubber ducky tradition, same family-friendly vibe—just with more space and that classic diner-car charm.
