Sugar n' Spice - Blue Ash

A Cincinnati breakfast institution since 1941. What started with Mort Keller's secret-recipe Wispy Thin Pancakes has delighted generations of diners for over 80 years. The menu has changed little—huge fluffy omelets, creative sandwiches with playful names like "Cuddlin' Puppy" and "Slaughterhouse Five," and those famous wispy thins remain the draw. Neal and Adam Mayerson are the 6th owners of this family-owned restaurant, having acquired the original Paddock Hills location in 2019 before expanding to OTR (2020) and this Summit Park location (January 2023). The Blue Ash outpost sits in The Approach, on land that was once Cincinnati's municipal airfield.
