Stone Tavern

Reopened in 2024, this revived neighborhood tavern brings new life to a historic Hamilton building that has served many roles over the decades, including its original run as The Stone Tavern from 1936 to 1972. Today, it offers a relaxed gathering place with craft cocktails, cold draft beer, and a menu that goes beyond typical bar food, blending pub favorites with traditional British dishes like shepherd’s pie, bangers and mash, and fish and chips. Built by hand and run with intention, it feels rooted in community, history, and the simple idea of creating a place where people can come together and unwind.
