Opened June 20, 2025 after a six-month renovation of the former Brausch Brewery. Founders Alex Rhinehart (Head Brewmaster, Wilmington native, WHS and Wilmington College grad), Jen Purkey, and Brad Heys (also owns Kava Haus and Trail Haus). Alex left his career as an athletic trainer and sports medicine educator to pursue brewing full-time. Family-friendly layout with distinct 'regions'—lounge, dining area, and game space for kids. Jen handles upscale American pub food; Alex brews everything from American Stouts to Brown Ales, all with names connected to the Southridge area.
