On the top floor of a century-old urban firehouse in downtown Covington, above Flying Axes, this art-infused cocktail bar opened in 2023. The open-format interior features a signature indoor tree installation hung with rare spirits curated by Find Otherwhere, expressive murals, and intimate seating nooks. Specialty cocktails run $13–$14 — including the S'more Espresso Martini and The Covington, built with cacao-infused bourbon, Torino vermouth, Pasubio, cherry bark bitters, and vanilla. The rooftop patio opens onto Mainstrasse Village below, offering a tighter space with a better angle on the street than anything at ground level.
