The American Dream served on a bun. Sammy Flores emigrated from Mexico in 2003, washed dishes at a chain restaurant for two years, then opened his first venture—El Pueblo—in 2005. By 2009 he was ready for his next chapter: a sports-themed burger joint honoring his adopted country's iconic food. The custom blend of all-natural brisket and sirloin arrives fresh, never frozen, hand-pattied and char-grilled to order. Themed burgers celebrate local sports heroes (try the Anthony Muñoz with chorizo and corn fritters), while 25+ craft beers rotate on tap.
