Saint Francis Apizza (Hyde Park - Takeout)

Founded 2018 as home-cooked pizza dinners by owner Alex Plattner. Started as a pop-up at Oakley Wines in August 2020 before opening this brick-and-mortar takeout spot in February 2021. New York/New Haven-inspired artisan pizzas plus tavern-style thin crust (added January 2023). Dough made from scratch and hand-mixed daily. Most meat and veggie toppings sourced from local farms—Rich Life Farm & Fungi, TS Farms, Urban Stead Cheese. Fresh basil finishes every pie. Plattner, originally from Princeton, grew up sampling Philly and Northeast pizza. Takeout only at this location.
