When co-owners Christina Goehrig and Paul Montgomery went looking for a second location, they wanted something with character to match their jailhouse original—they found it in the former Branch Hill United Methodist Church. Insomnia Design preserved the stained glass windows and bell tower while converting the space into a proper barbecue joint. Opening day October 17, 2025, they tried to keep it quiet and sold out in under two hours. Steps from the Loveland Bike Trail and just off I-275, cyclists and families have made this a regular stop. Same scratch-made sauces and on-site smoking as Kellogg, with daily specials drawing crowds: ribs on Monday, Reubens Tuesday-Wednesday, and BBQ Potato Bombs on Thursday. The Brisket Grilled Cheese has already become a Loveland favorite. Heated deck keeps outdoor dining going year-round.
