Founded 2015 by Josh and Nicole House, starting as a Sunday-only food trailer before going brick-and-mortar in 2016. Named #1 BBQ in Ohio by Yelp. All-wood smoked barbecue using offset "stick burner" smokers with cured red and white oak—no propane, gas, or electric. Brisket and pulled pork are the stars; smoked wings, double cheeseburger, and house bologna also shine. Three signature sauces: Sweet (legendary), Mustard (Carolina-style), and Spicy Vinegar. Scratch-made sides include addictive spicy baked beans and banana pudding. Deep community roots—fed free lunches to children during 2020 shutdown. Recently expanded with indoor dining and curated beer list.
