These are concepts that exceed our ownership or scale criteria — grown beyond a single operator, expanded across regions, or structured in ways that fall outside what we measure — but were built with the same intention wellfd was created to celebrate.

Casual Italian restaurant from Thunderdome Restaurant Group named after founders Joe and John Lanni's grandparents Giuseppe and Addolorata. Opened 2019 paying homage to family Sunday suppers with house-made pastas crafted daily visible through 15th Street window. Menu features cherished Lanni family recipes including Sunday Sauce with bigoli pasta, veal-pork meatballs, and braised pork shoulder in Nonna's red sauce. Curated Italian wines, craft cocktails including Fratelli Libre with house-bottled soda. Two-level space with classic bistro upstairs and intimate New York supper club atmosphere downstairs.
