Founded by Derrick Braziel, who trained in Mexico City's taquerias after Anthony Bourdain's death inspired him to learn the craft firsthand. Started as a food cart behind Bar Saeso in OTR, earned a devoted following, and opened a permanent brick-and-mortar on Court Street in February 2024. The name nods to both the Cincinnati Reds and Mexico City's Diablos Rojos — los rojos. Menu anchors on tacos al pastor with a visible trompo, campechano, marinated beef bistec, and rotating seasonal vegetarian options.
