Chef-Owner Anoosh Shariat, one of Louisville's most respected chefs, opened Noosh Nosh in 2018 as a casual, family-friendly counterpart to his fine-dining Anoosh Bistro. Mediterranean-meets-Italian comfort food served all day — brick-oven pizzas (BBQ chicken is a cult favorite, no-charge GF crust), flatbreads, creative pastas (Thursday lasagna special), sandwiches (Cuban and house pastrami Reuben), shareable small plates, and handcrafted gelato. Breakfast and brunch until 3pm include chorizo and egg breakfast pizza and curried tofu Florentine. Giant glittery red-tiled brick oven behind the bar.
