Nanny Belle's

This family-owned ice creamery opened in 2016 with the belief that Summit Park deserved a sweet gathering spot for families. Owners Brian and Jill Donnellan named it for Jill—a Southern belle and "nanny" (godmother in Southern parlance). Soft-serve is the centerpiece, alongside Dole Whip, frozen yogurt, floats, sundaes, and cold-brewed La Terza coffee. The menu rotates seasonally with creative sundaes for holidays and special occasions. A walk-up window serves park visitors on the go, while the cozy interior welcomes those looking to sit and savor. In winter, pair a trip to the ice rink with their house-made hot cocoa.
