Naïve Kitchen + Bar

Originally founded by Catherine Mac Dowall in 2018, Naïve was acquired in November 2024 by Jessica and David Richter, restaurateurs who relocated from Denver to Louisville to run it hands-on. The Butchertown spot serves Latin-inspired share plates — ceviche tacos, empanadas, yuca fry poutine, Pambazo sandwiches — with a farm-to-table emphasis on local ingredients. The zen-like outdoor patio with string lights and fire pit is a date-night draw. Full cocktail program with craft margaritas and seasonal drinks.
