Mudlick Tap House

A gastropub pouring high-end craft beers and cocktails alongside scratch-made, chef-driven pub fare. Owners Jennifer Dean and Forrest Williams relocated from downtown Dayton to Uptown Centerville in 2025 after nearly a decade downtown. Named for the historic Mudlick Whiskey distillery that operated nearby until the 1913 flood. Dark hardwoods, stainless steel accents, and tufted booths create an upscale-yet-approachable atmosphere. Regional variations on traditional pub dishes emphasize mindfully sourced ingredients.
