Chase FrancisEstablished in 2005 by Mike and Kathleen Dewey in the storm cellar of a 1924 farmhouse, Mt. Carmel is Cincinnati's oldest craft microbrewery and still family owned and operated. Twenty taps of house-brewed beer, a full kitchen, and a farmhouse setting with a patio overlooking a small pond — it's a destination in its own right. The wings are dry-rubbed and smoked with five sauce options including the Pterodactyl (sweet chili and soy) and the Denzel (serrano, jalapeño, and habanero). CityBeat has called them out specifically. Private event space available in the carriage house for up to 80 guests, with additional capacity in the taproom and farmhouse.
