Food truck turned local institution. Owner Miguel Espinosa debuted at the 2016 Street Fair and set up permanently in Kings Yard in 2017. Authentic Mexican street tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and bowls made fresh with recipes from his hometown of Mexico City. Birria tacos and carne asada are crowd favorites. Recently added an indoor dining room (March 2025) in the former Winds Cafe kitchen space—giving patrons an off-street option while the truck keeps slinging. Plans for a second Greene County location underway. A Yellow Springs staple through multiple transitions.
