MadTree's boldest venture yet opened February 2025 inside a renovated 15,000-square-foot airplane hangar at Summit Park. Co-founded in 2013 by Brady Duncan, Jeff Hunt, and Kenny McNutt, MadTree built its reputation on award-winning craft beers and a deep commitment to sustainability—they're Ohio's only B Corp-certified brewery. Parks & Rec was designed for families and outdoor lovers, featuring indoor and outdoor kids' play areas, all-day brunch, wood-fired pizzas, and a patio that seamlessly blends into the park's green space. The "Branch Out" program makes this one of the region's most inclusive restaurants for guests with developmental disabilities, complete with a calming room developed alongside Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
