Family-owned train-themed diner operated by Mike and Donna Cooper (and originally co-founded with Mike's brother Brian). Started in Hamilton's Lindenwald neighborhood in 2011 and relocated to a larger Fairfield location in July 2018, doubling their seating to 89. Model trains circle the ceiling while diners enjoy railroad-named dishes like the "Cattle Car" omelet (bacon, sausage, ham, cheese topped with sausage gravy) and the famous sweet cream pancakes. Known for hearty breakfast platters, goetta burgers, homemade meatloaf, and comfort food classics. The Coopers wanted to own their building rather than rent, purchasing the Riegert Square space to become a true community staple.
