Koji Burger

Started in 2022 as a specialty project during Miami Valley Restaurant Association Winter Restaurant Week by chefs Brendon Miller and Zackary Weiner. Took over full-time from Jollity at the same Fire Blocks District address in fall 2025. Burgers use proprietary beef blend butchered, aged three days, air-dried, then freshly ground in-house. Bread baked fresh every morning, produce from local farms. The Classic Koji Burger features American cheese, pickle, onion, kewpie mayo on toasted milk bun with monthly rotating specialty burgers. Known for Bar Nugs (Japanese-style fried chicken) and bone marrow toast. Cocktail bar opens daily at 3pm with Happy Hour 3-6pm.
