Joe Huber's Family Farm & Restaurant (Seasonal)

Country-style family restaurant serving farm-fresh comfort food including famous fried biscuits with apple butter, country fried chicken, Huber honey ham, chicken and dumplings, fresh vegetables, and homemade pies and cobblers. Founded 1983 by Joe and Bonnie Huber on the family's 200-acre farm (established 1926), recreating the generous farmhouse meals Grandma Mary served to farm hands in the 1920s. Seasonal operation (closed winter, reopens March) now run by the fifth generation of Hubers since Simon arrived from Germany in 1843.
