Jag's Steak & Seafood

Opened in 2003 as West Chester’s first fine-dining restaurant, Jag’s Steak & Seafood was built on a partnership between founder John Allgaier and Chef Michelle Brown, who later became chef proprietor and majority owner. The menu blends classic steakhouse traditions with contemporary touches, complemented by a deep wine cellar and a polished raw bar. Beyond the dining room, live music in the piano bar has helped establish Jag’s as a full evening destination, pairing refined food with entertainment and an enduring local reputation.
