Israel's Delicias de Mexico Gourmet

Chef-owner Israel Landin has been a New Albany culinary legend since arriving from Mexico City in 2004. Started with a roadside taco stand, opened La Rosita, then debuted this gourmet concept in 2015 where he improvises on traditional Mexican cuisine—Mayan-inspired dishes, house-crafted moles, and seafood ceviches. His famous Yolanda's Amazing Chicken (named for his wife) features a creamy habanero sauce.
