Ghost Kitchen Pizza

Owner Brad Naber, a self-proclaimed pizza maven with 8+ years in the business, opened this literally hidden operation in a converted garage on Lehmer Street in March 2025, blending New Jersey-style East Coast pizza with Chicago deep dish. The pick-up and delivery-only spot hand-shreds full-block mozzarella, makes house pizza sauce and dough daily using all fresh ingredients, and serves 10 specialty pizzas including the Grippos Pizza alongside calzones and wings with Origin Trade Goods sauces. Every Sunday, Naber gives underprivileged kids free pizza and donates to local causes, embodying his belief that "people here give-back and really lookout for one another."
