Started as founder Mike Marschmann's roaming "Pizza Wagon" at Findlay Market and food truck events before landing this 2014 brick-and-mortar in Cincinnati's oldest surviving firehouse—the 1870 Samuel Hannaford-designed Fire Company 16 building in Walnut Hills. Current owner Sam Dobrozsi (fourth-generation small business owner, former Eli's BBQ team member) acquired it in 2019 and has publicly pledged "never building another Fireside anywhere ever." Wood-fired specialty pies include the Redlegger, Greek, White Pie, and rotating seasonal creations. The Eli's BBQ Pie remains a nod to its lineage. Expansive local craft beer list highlights Cincinnati brewers. Named to Yelp's Top 100 Restaurants in America (2022). Historic industrial-chic space with board games, arcade games, and outdoor picnic tables.
