Owner Gurmukh Singh—a UC graduate who also purchased Clifton Market in 2018—created something unique just blocks from campus: a full dual menu of both Northern Indian and authentic Ethiopian cuisine under one roof. The kitchen shops fresh, locally sourced, organic, and halal ingredients daily. On the Indian side, chicken tikka masala and thalis shine; on the Ethiopian side, the beef tibs and vegan-friendly veggie platter served on spongy injera bread transport you to Addis Ababa. The naan burrito fusion shows creative flair. BYOB policy keeps beer prices very reasonable for the college crowd.
