Asian fusion from Earth and Ocean Restaurant Group with fresh seafood and creative sushi. Signature rolls include Hey Vinnie, Bengal Crunch Cat, and Purple Rain. Known for the "Zac Taylor salad" (crispy Brussels sprouts, kale, chile-lime vinaigrette, white wine-poached shrimp) favored by Bengals Head Coach. Menu features Buddha bowls, sesame crusted tuna, miso-glazed cod, crispy chicken tacos, and The Griddy Burger at The Banks location. Fish delivered four times weekly.
