Founded 2019 by Trevor Snowden in the former Wurst Bar space where Delta and Linwood meet—hence the name "Delwood." Latin American-fusion gastropub bringing OTR vibes to the East Side. Snowden's Peruvian mother's heritage infuses the menu: classic double cheeseburger with special sauce, El Jefe burger with salsa criolla and huancaina, spicy fried chicken sandwich with rocoto aioli, tostones, Brussels sprouts with aji verde.
