Marine veteran Scott Green discovered his cooking passion in the military, then spent eight years perfecting bold flavors on his Dayton Urban BBQ food truck before partnering with Jerika Witt to open this carryout-only spot in March 2020. The no-dining-room concept proved prescient when Ohio shut down indoor service days after they opened. House-smoked pork, fresh-sliced meats and cheeses, and scratch-made sauces fuel creative sandwiches like The Bearded Lady (Reuben), the Cuban, and the Hardly "Arby" (roast beef with nacho cheese and BBQ). Pizza, salads, and pizza fritters round out the street food lineup.
