Neighborhood brewery opened in 2016 by Eric Bolser and Ron Sanders, specializing in dark and experimental beer styles. The taproom occupies a former car lot in Bellevue, built out largely by the owners themselves; the bar top was reclaimed from a 19th-century Bellevue home. Staples include Kentucky Common, Man on the Moo Milk Stout, and Mayan Sacrifice — a golden stout brewed with ancho and pasilla chilies, cocoa nibs, coffee, and lactose that earned silver medals at the 2023 and 2024 U.S. Open Beer Championship. Darkness Diner, their own permanent food truck, serves the outdoor patio.
