Crown Restaurant Group's flagship opened in 2018 in the Encore Apartments building. Chef-owner Anthony Sitek trained under Bobby Flay in NYC and brings Mediterranean influences to rustic New American fare. Nearly everything made from scratch in-house. The CRG burger, squid ink pasta, and General Tso's cauliflower wings are standouts. Popular brunch spot with carnitas hash and baked French toast drawing weekend crowds.
