Court Street Kitchen

Chef-owner Braheam Shteiwi learned the business from his late father, who operated 14 Cincinnati restaurants including Gold Star Chili locations, Caruso's, and Spinning Fork. Court Street Kitchen opened February 2024 in 3CDC's Moore Flats project, serving New American fare in an upscale yet approachable setting. Chef de Cuisine Nott Khonsue (formerly sushi chef at Jeff Ruby's) sources seafood fresh—the branzino arrives as full sides, and oysters are harvested within 48 hours of serving. Features Shteiwi's mother's za'atar recipe in several starters. Adjacent VII Lounge opens nightly at 6pm with its own DJ booth.
