Coaches Corner

A white clapboard building three blocks from Newport's riverfront, Coaches Corner has been owned and operated by Midge and Terry Brewer since 1994. Fresh ground, hand-formed burgers seasoned with the house "magic dust" are the reason people make the trip, and plenty of locals will tell you without hesitation it's the best burger in Northern Kentucky. The bacon mushroom cheeseburger has its own following. Hand-cut fries come regular or Cajun-style, and the outdoor patio with fire pits and live music in the summer makes it a genuine neighborhood destination. Unpretentious, family-run, and exactly what a local burger bar should be.
