Co-founded in 2017 by Juan Imeroni (Ignite Entertainment) and Alfio Gulisano, both Argentine natives, bringing authentic Buenos Aires flavors to OTR. Gulisano runs the kitchen using his mother's recipes for empanadas—choose from a dozen varieties, from traditional cumin-spiced beef with egg and olives to experimental flavors like mushroom artichoke béchamel. Meats cooked on an open-flame grill in South American tradition. Intimate shotgun-style space typical of OTR buildings, with a back bar and outdoor patio. Named using Argentine slang for "bro" or "buddy."
