Historic 1867 building in the heart of downtown Tipp City, just steps from the Great Miami River bike trail. Eighteen rotating taps showcasing Ohio craft breweries, house-made Cosmopolitan on tap with Ohio-made vodka, craft cocktails, wine, and mocktails. Coffee service and lunch added in 2025—paninis, homemade pop-tarts, pastries. Cozy beer hall, speakeasy-style wine vault, outdoor patio. Long-term goal: transform into a nano brewery using hops from their own Hopyard at Lock 16.
Opened September 2020 by Lisa Smith-Richards and her husband Shawn Richards—right in the middle of COVID, but they kept pushing forward. Historic 1867 building in the heart of downtown Tipp City, just steps from the Great Miami River bike trail. The bar was built with walnut from a tree on the Richards' family farm. Shawn also owns Miami Valley Draft Services and designed the entire draft system.
