The Carr family started with a grill and a tent, evolved into a food truck, then built this full-service BBQ restaurant and meat market in scenic Floyds Knobs. Everything smoked in-house daily using 100% all-natural, farm-raised meats sourced exclusively from Indiana and Kentucky producers. Brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and house-smoked salmon served as sandwiches or tacos with signature sides like red coleslaw. The market lets you take home slabs and cuts. Catering available for weddings and corporate events. A true "family farm to fork" experience.
