Brent's Smokin' Butts & Grill

Started as a hobby when Brent Dalton began smoking meat for his church after moving back to his hometown of Middletown. People asked him to cater events, so he bought a food truck in 2016. Opened brick-and-mortar restaurant December 2020 during COVID. Full-time family business with wife Kelly and children Brady, Isabel, and Ava working alongside friends from Breiel Boulevard Church of God. Specialties include pulled pork, smoked brisket, baby back ribs (Brent's personal favorite), and "Not Your Nachos" (tortilla chips smothered with smoked meat, na'cho cheese, and homemade pico de gallo). All sides made in house. Also offers soft-serve ice cream. Food truck still available for catering throughout Ohio.
