Amber Rose Restaurant & Catering

Housed in a 1910 building that once operated as Sig's general store, this Old North Dayton gem has served homemade Eastern European cuisine since 1990. Founder Elinor Sluzas's original recipes remain in use under current owner Joe Castellano. The vintage tin ceiling, stained glass windows, and Turkish marble bar create old-world charm. The menu spans German, Lithuanian, Polish, Hungarian, Russian, and Italian dishes—try the cabbage rolls, sauerbraten, or potato pancakes. Two private banquet rooms accommodate up to 100 guests.
